Know that it is you and nobody else who writes your story. And that it is you and nobody else who you are travelling with. You came to this world by yourself and you will leave by yourself, so to say. You may share your journey with others and it is together that you may grow and evolve, but at the end of the day, it is you and you alone. Know this and feel the strength that comes from that. You don’t NEED anybody else. When you take good care of yourself and live up to your own truth and fullest potential, you will immediately and automatically be in best service to others. Living your fullest potential, being in the here and now and loving yourself first is the greatest gift you can give to the world.
Always stay open, respectful, honest and loving towards everyone you meet. We are all walking each other home. You are no better or worse than somebody else. We are all equal. We may all come in different forms, and have been shaped differently, we are all a peculiar mix of genetics, conditioning and our ability to see that and respond to that, and to make conscious choices. Just knowing this by heart will make you respond in the most truthful and helpful way towards anybody.
Be the one you are. You are a spirit, an energetic entity, pure, loving, fearless, open, there are no words for it. You have been confused to believe that you should be a certain way, and even be consistent, or explaining yourself for who you are – even apologizing for who you are. There is absolutely no need for this. Just be you, and there is no fixed you, there is no need to be consistent or to be who you were just 5 minutes ago. Your expression may take on many forms, let it happen, let it be, don’t overthink who you are, who you were, or who you are becoming. Stay open and empty, radiating nothing but love and truth all around you.
Last but defenitly not least: self discipline is self love. Don’t give in to your distractions and procastinating. You do you.
Working back & executing
In order to find out what your true path is and where you should go, you have to try things and act upon your dreams. Nothing is ever gained from just thinking and waiting. Get out there, be brave, be fearless and know that it’s all just a game! And HAVE FUN! So, what is important now and how are you going to work towards fulfilling those dreams and living to your highest potential?
1. Taking control of finishing the things you say you do and the work that has been given to you
Sometimes, you have to do shit you don’t like. Even if you choose it yourself. There is absolutely no need to waste time and energy. Not yours and certainly not anybody else’s. Give your all into completing the work you’ve been given with grace and strength. Show what you have got. Use your skills. Don’t overthink stuff. Use your fears or they will use you!
2. Getting in the best shape you’ve ever been – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This goal is an ongoing one. Don’t beat yourself up for having a bad day, negative thoughts, eating some shit, not exercising sometimes. However, do try to keep this goal in sight and push through: results will come and it’s an exponential thing. Once you are going to feel better from the inside and outside, it will be addictive and you do not want to get back to the old way.
The point is to just keep going. Don’t give up. Keep the end goal in sight. Which never comes because you can only feel better and better and better.
3. Leave the past
Sooo… All the above is beautiful and true, but it’s not going to happen if you don’t put in the work and use the valuable time that you have here. You could waste even more time thinking about the time I’ve already wasted, but that’s not helpful and totally irrelevant! You wouldn’t be where you are now if it wasn’t for the journey that lies behind you. As the saying goes: don’t look back, you’re not going that way. Nevertheless the journey behind you can still be a motivation or even an explanation for why you are the way you are now – your conditioned self -, but in the greater picture and from the highest perspective it’s still just a story in our minds that we can change if we want to with all the consequenses thereof. As Gary Vaynerchuck says: either you were born with too little, or you were born with too much. I was going to explain my situation, but fack that shit: nobody gives a fack, it’s not important now. What is important is that you develop new habits that will help you to reach your fullest potential. Because dreams are amazing, but if you just can’t get yourself out of bed each morning, you won’t end up where you want to be. Thus, invent new habits, aim to stick to them, and never give up…
